Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All products are digital template files delivered by email immediately after payment. There are no subscriptions — every purchase is a one-time transaction. Once a download link is delivered, the transaction is considered fulfilled.

2. When We Refund

We will issue a full refund if:

• Not as described: the Template is materially different from its product page description.
• Technical defect: the Template has a critical bug preventing use on its stated platform, and our team cannot resolve it within 7 business days.
• Duplicate purchase: you accidentally bought the same Template twice — contact us within 7 days.
• Unauthorised transaction: you did not make the purchase — contact us immediately.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests after this window are reviewed case-by-case.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not issue refunds if:

• You changed your mind after purchase.
• You've already used the Template to build or launch a project.
• You lack the skills to customise it (our support team can help).
• The Template doesn't work with a third-party tool not listed in the product description.
• The request is made more than 30 days after purchase (except confirmed unauthorised transactions).

4. How to Request & Timeline

Email support@cawp.in with the subject "Refund Request — [Order ID]" and include:

1. Your full name and purchase email.
2. Order ID or payment reference.
3. Template name and reason for the refund.
4. Screenshots or recordings of any technical issue (if applicable).

We acknowledge within 2 business days and complete our review within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days (cards) or 2–5 business days (UPI/net banking).

Refunds are issued in INR for the full purchase amount including GST. A GST credit note will be provided where required.

5. Disputes

Please contact us before raising a chargeback. Most issues are resolved quickly by email. If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, your access to purchased Templates may be suspended during the investigation.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
